Responsibilities
• The candidate will be responsible for checking and inspecting goods packing, labeling requirement and delivery instructions.
• Checking and inspecting goods received and ensuring they are of accurate quantity, type, batch/lot number and quality.
• Check for damage and for discrepancies between goods received and invoices, and attend to insurance claims where applicable.
• Update the inventory movement(s) (e.g. incoming stock) and periodic inventory status reports.
• Prepare documents for transfer of location.
• Prepare related documents upon instruction from Senior Sales & Service Engineer.
• Ensure that all document attachments are accurate (material specs, manufacturing & expiry dates are in order) prior to delivery.
• Coordinate delivery schedule with transport companies and contract drivers.
• Ensure warehouse activities performed are in compliance with ISO 9001 and Company policies and practices.

Requirements
• Age between 20s – 30s.
• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/SPM.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
• Able to converse in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, spoken and written.
• Computer knowledge/MS Office.
• Possess team work environment attitude and able to carry out task with minimal supervision.
• Possess own transport.
