CLERK (YARD MANAGEMENT)Kemaman (Terengganu)

  • Assist Yard Superintendent in controlling the movement of materials in company warehouse, laydown areas and other storage areas either at project locations and/or central store facilities.
  • Coordinate equipment and tools service and repair and keeping the records and maintaining the filling.
  • Keep records and filling on the company vehicles movement. Coordinate periodically company vehicles service and maintenance.
  • Prepare and maintain warehouses inventory/stock checklist on regular basis.
  • Liaise with procurement department pertaining to material delivery tracking.
  • Supervise filing system and records for material traceability and control.
  • Raise MSR using Microsoft Window GP system for new or additional items, consumables or materials required in yard and warehouses.


  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/ STPM or Diploma in related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative function Oil & Gas industry.
  • Able to work under pressure and meets high deadliness.
  • Willing to work at Kemaman, Terengganu.

9. Be smart about money questions. Don't fall into the trap of telling the interviewer your financial expectations.

10. Don't hang out your dirty laundry. Be careful not to bare your soul and tell tales that are inappropriate or beyond the scope of the interview.
