Technician
Pahang, Perak, Selangor, Terengganu
Responsibilities:
- Provide in-house technical assistance as well as to monitor and service all small items, massage chairs, fitness products and other health related products.
- Respond promptly to customers’ complaints and provide doorstep customer service.
- Address all customers’ complaints within stipulated working days from the day the in-house Customer Service team recorded such complaints.
- Liaise closely with the Quality Assurance, Contact Center and PDD team on service related issues.
- Able to work closely and effectively with other technicians/team members to ensure that theservicing KPIs are consistently fulfilled.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- Candidates with at least two (2) years of working experience relating to outdoor servicing are encouraged to apply. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Possess a valid license and willing to travel. Those with GDL license would be advantages.
- Mature, well organized with excellent customer service skills.
- Good command of both oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willing to travel
- Able to start work in short notice
