Responsibilities:
- You must prepare monthly financial reports including profit & loss account, balance sheet, accounts payable, accounts receivable and stock control promptly
- You must prepare and arrange for timely payments of payroll, EPF & Socso
- You must monitor outstanding payments from debtors and issue reminders through letters or phone calls for timely payment
- You must issue cheques for payment to creditors when it’s due
- You must do stock check once every quarter
- You may be required to source for quotations and help out in general office administration when the need arises
Requirements:
- You must be honest and trustworthy
- You must be friendly, passionate, willing to learn and hardworking
- You know how to take initiative and always go beyond the call of duty
- You have the mentality of a winner and take full responsibility for all things that happen in your job
- Min SPM or Diploma in LCCI / Business Studies.
- Min 2 years working experience in handling accounting matters and be able to overseas the finance of the company and also self-starter and able to work independently.
- It will be good if you possess some knowledge of Auto Count.
- You have to have the right attitude.
- Of course having a good command of Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese and English will come in handy in the course of the work
